Beverly Pascoe is a Partner at Orr | Cook. She focuses her practice on corporate and health care law. Her practice includes regulatory compliance, healthcare fraud and abuse, healthcare reimbursement, healthcare operations and risk management, facility and professional licensure,government payor enrollment, and disciplinary matters, as well as general corporate and administrative law. Ms. Pascoe’s clients include physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospitals, dental practices, and ancillary
healthcare providers. She represents clients in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance. Ms. Pascoe has four degrees from the University of Florida, including a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, Master of Business Administration, Master of Health Science (Health Services Administration), and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida – Fredric G. Levin College of Law, with honors. She brings over thirty years of legal, corporate, clinical, and healthcare management experience to the firm. Her management experience includes executive level responsibilities in integrated delivery, health insurance and managed care organizations.
Ms. Pascoe is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
